Advisory Committee on Mathematics Education (ACME)

The Work of ACME

Consultation on issues

ACME seeks to influence positively national policy relating to mathematics education, not merely comment on it. This influence is achieved by utilising a variety of means. Written reports, statements and letters and policy reports are, of course, a valuable part of ACME's strategy and are developed, as much as possible, with the input of the mathematics community.

ACME's work is focused on all aspects of mathematics education policy, including but not limited to: curriculum, qualifications, assessment and the teaching workforce.

What is ACME working on at the moment and how can I get involved?
